- Forearm arm plank, alternating from the knees to the elbow: 10 reps.
- Bicycle crunches for 30 seconds.
- Raised toe touches for 30 seconds.
- Rocking straight arm plank: 15 seconds.
- Rocking straight arm plank: 15 seconds.
- Bent-knee jackknife: 15 seconds.
- Russian twist: 15 seconds.
- Crunches: 20 reps.
- Donkey kicks: 15 reps for every side.
Kendall also involves herself in other core exercises like mountain climbers, which she can do in rounds of 15 minutes combined with others like the medicine ball throw.

Kendall Jenner Diet
Kendall believes in eating healthy, not only to stay in shape but because its the sensible thing to do. Your health depends almost wholly on what you eat, and when that is messed up a lot can go wrong.
For Kendall, a paleo diet is the way to go. For the uninitiated, the paleo diet involves eating what our ancestors would have reasonably obtained by hunting and gathering.
That would mean fish, poultry, lean meat, nuts, seeds, and fresh fruit. It was started back in the 1970s in the belief that paleolithic man could teach us a bit about healthy eating, hence the name.
For breakfast, she believes that it is best taken immediately after waking up. She advises stocking up on protein for energy, as well as fiber to help you feel full. On a typical morning, she could take egg white and turkey scramble together with a pumpkin spice latte.
For lunch, she prefers a light meal. A tuna salad sandwich with a leek and potato soup would do it for her.
A typical dinner for Kendall would consist of vegetable stir fry with bison and chicken curry.
